There are many hundreds of attunement systems and Reiki styles which all represent different aspects of the one Universal energy or different view points on the same topic. Every system has a different feel of energy and flavor and may employ different techniques and methods with various meditations and energy symbols. The modalities are a holistic approach to facilitate the return journey to health enabling healing on all levels including physical health, emotional well being, and spiritual realization creating well being on all levels.
