Most of the manuals and certificates for the systems I offer are sent to you directly via your PayPal e-mail address. The few that are listed as being sent by postal Mail already have shipping included In the price, so there are no additional costs.
Once you have placed your order, you will hear back from 7 Rays of Light within 48 hours (if not sooner), and your attunement will then be prepared for you to call in, unless you would prefer a set time and date. When the last attunement has been received you will then receive Your certificate by email unless otherwise specified in my offers.

Because of the very nature of our work together, I do not offer refunds, because quite simply, once you have received the manual/s and your Attunement/s you have the goods and cannot return them. To date, no one has ever asked for a refund on a Reiki attunement or Healing session as everyone has been very happy with the results of the services I offer.
